IT Cryptography Engineer

Role Overview: You will be part of the Crypto Services and Governance team within the Cryptography Engineering & Solutions Tribe at Deutsche Bank Group in Pune, India. Your role involves providing 24x7 crypto IT operations support, maintaining specialized crypto solutions, and assisting Deutsche Bank IT staff in operating cryptography effectively and securely. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and maintain solutions for cryptography governance, including automation and data science initiatives. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing cryptography implementations and configurations to address challenges like Post Quantum Cryptography and sudden threats. Key Responsibilities: - Maintenance and optimization of existing processes for data retrieval and assessment - Development of business logic for evaluation of gathered information related to cryptography - Coordination with various stakeholders for improvements or any data related topics - Monitoring and ensuring the correctness of incompliance reports generated on a regular basis Qualifications Required: - Good and proven skills in at least one programming language (e.g., Python) - Basic knowledge in network security - Experience in at least one operating system like Linux, Windows Servers, Microsoft Active Directory, and Active Directory Certification Services - Desired: experience in data analysis and reporting (e.g., Key Performance Indicators) - Open mind willing to learn new concepts related to IT Security/cryptography - Experience working with Agile development technologies - Good interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in English - Ability to work well in diverse teams as well as self-sufficiently on assigned problems Additional Company Details: Deutsche Bank Group offers a range of benefits including a best-in-class leave policy, gender-neutral parental leaves, sponsorship for industry-relevant certifications and education, comprehensive insurance coverage, and employee assistance programs for you and your family members.
