IT Coordinator / Project Coordinator

As an IT Coordinator at IndiQube, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure and services within the company. Some key responsibilities include: - ISP Circuit Delivery & Coordination - Coordinate with ISP teams for timely delivery and installation of internet circuits. - Schedule and manage vendor surveys and site visits. - Follow up on circuit activation, documentation, and issue resolution. - IT Infrastructure Setup at Indiqube Premises - Work closely with internal IT teams to support the design and provisioning of IT infrastructure. - Ensure all requirements (LAN, Wi-Fi, power, cabling, racks, etc.) are planned and implemented effectively. - Vendor Management - Assign and coordinate with vendors for internal IT work. - Monitor progress, quality, and timelines of vendor activities. - Ensure completion and closure of all assigned tasks. - Mobility Issue Coordination - Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for addressing mobile and connectivity issues. - Arrange site surveys and technical evaluations as needed. - Project Reporting & Communication - Provide regular updates on project and program statuses, risks, escalations, and costs to leadership. - Maintain clear communication with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams. - End-to-End IT Project Lifecycle Support - Understand and manage all stages of the IT lifecycle: from demand and planning to delivery and financial tracking. - Support resource allocation, pipeline management, and project prioritization. - Stakeholder & Escalation Handling - Efficiently handle escalations, urgent issues, and high-pressure situations. - Maintain professionalism while working with multiple teams and vendors. In order to excel in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications: - Proven experience in IT coordination or project coordination roles, ideally within infrastructure or networking projects. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). - Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. - Good understanding of IT infrastructure concepts (networking, internet, mobility, cabling, etc.). - Experience in working with ISPs and vendor management. - Familiarity with project tracking tools (Excel, MS Project, JIRA, etc.). - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred. - Field experience is required.
