IT Coordinator / Project Coordinator

As an IT Coordinator at IndiQube, your role involves coordinating ISP circuit delivery, managing IT infrastructure setup, vendor management, mobility issue coordination, project reporting, end-to-end IT project lifecycle support, stakeholder handling, and escalation management. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with ISP teams for timely delivery and installation of internet circuits. - Schedule and manage vendor surveys and site visits for smooth operations. - Follow up on circuit activation, documentation, and promptly resolve any issues. - Work closely with internal IT teams to design and provision IT infrastructure effectively. - Assign and coordinate with vendors for internal IT work and monitor their progress. - Coordinate with ISPs and vendors to address mobile and connectivity issues efficiently. - Provide regular updates on project statuses, risks, costs, and escalations to leadership. - Understand and manage all stages of the IT project lifecycle and support resource allocation. - Handle escalations, urgent issues, and maintain professionalism while working with various teams. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in IT coordination or project coordination, preferably in infrastructure or networking projects. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. - Good understanding of IT infrastructure concepts such as networking, internet, mobility, and cabling. - Experience in working with ISPs and managing vendors effectively. - Familiarity with project tracking tools like Excel, MS Project, and JIRA. - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred. - Field experience is necessary for this role.
