As an Infoscion, your primary role will be to lead the engagement effort of providing high quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers. This involves guiding the team from problem definition to diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment. You will review proposals, provide guidance, and analyze solutions to identify potential risks and issues. Change management requirements will be identified by you, and you will propose a structured approach to managing change using various communication mechanisms. Additionally, you will coach the team, provide subject matter training, and motivate team members through feedback and recognition. You will also contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality consulting solutions to customers while following organizational guidelines and processes.
