Azure Health Data Services
Build and operate a secure, scalable healthcare data platform on Azure Health Data Services (HDS) integrating HL7/FHIR R4 data. You'll design APIs and pipelines that move clinical data to Azure HDS and build a custom implementation of SMART on FHIR to support integration with internal systems as well as external partners. You'll migrate data/processes from the current IRIS for Health implementation into Azure HDS, implement security using OAuth2, and implement auditing and logging.
Below are the minimum skills requirements:
Languages: C#, T-SQL
Azure: APIM, ARM, Azure Storage, Health Data Services, FHIR Services, Azure SQL, ADF, Azure Functions, App Service, Private Link, Blob Storage, CI/CD
Backend Scripting: Bash, Azure CLI
Frameworks: .NET 8
Database: MS SQL Server, SSIS
Interoperability: REST API, Web Services, FHIR, Bulk FHIR, HL7, ETL, SMART on FHIR
Healthcare Technologies: IRIS for Health
Healthcare Data: Member, Providers, etc.
Identity & Security: OAuth2, Azure Active Directory/Entra
Tools & Utilities: VS 2022, VS Code, Postman, SSMS
