IT Client Success Manager

Role Overview: As a Customer Success Manager at Watch Your Health (WYH), a leading Health-Tech provider in the Indian healthcare sector, your main responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, build strong client relationships, and provide exceptional customer service. You will be pivotal in analyzing customer feedback, devising strategies to meet customer needs, and collaborating across departments to enhance the overall customer experience. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, you will oversee smooth on-boarding, monitor client usage, address concerns and escalations, collect feedback for product improvement, and drive renewals and upsells. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients - Ensure a seamless on-boarding process - Proactively monitor client usage and offer necessary support - Effectively address client concerns, issues, and escalations - Gather feedback from clients to contribute to product enhancement - Drive renewals and upsells to optimize customer value Qualifications: - Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Tech industry with a fundamental understanding of Tech Product Development Process - Bachelor's degree in B.Tech or Bsc - Proven ability in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and Retention - Strong analytical skills to evaluate customer needs and feedback - Proficiency in Relationship Building and Customer Service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients effectively Additional Details: The company offers a 5-day work week with working hours from 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM. Additionally, there is a pickup and drop facility available from Thane station to the company premises.
