The role requires an experienced individual with 7-9 years of expertise in IT change management, security, or related domains. As part of the responsibilities, you will be expected to handle IT change requests and workflows efficiently. Additionally, you must possess knowledge of monitoring and addressing IT security reports to ensure the organization's security risk management. Understanding regulatory and audit requirements related to IT changes and security is crucial for this role. Coordinating system updates and patching processes will also fall under your purview, hence experience in this area is essential. Alongside, you should demonstrate the ability to maintain comprehensive documentation and generate relevant reports for effective communication. Moreover, having experience in vendor management to mitigate risks is considered a good-to-have skill. Possessing security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar will be advantageous. Familiarity with the ITIL framework for change management and service delivery is also beneficial.
