Strong hands-on expertise in:

Requirement Gathering
BRD / FRD Creation
User Stories & Use Cases
Prototyping
(using tools like Balsamiq, Figma, or equivalent)
Stakeholder Management
Gap Analysis
UAT Coordination
Technical Documentation
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency with business analysis and project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
