IT Business Analyst

Key responsibilities include overseeing SAP integration, API integration methods, project management across software lifecycle stages, product/software development, Business Requirement Document preparation, software testing, middleware platforms, and stakeholder communication. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification would be a plus, along with certifications in SAP, Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), or API/Middleware technologies.
