Location: Chennai(Work From Office) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 2 Years About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Bid Sales Executive with 2 years of experience in handling sales bids and proposals for IT services. The role involves identifying opportunities, coordinating with technical teams, preparing RFP/RFI responses, and supporting the end-to-end bid process. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, documentation, and client engagement skills. Experience in IT services sales, knowledge of bidding platforms, and a basic understanding of technology domains like data, and AI is preferred. Ability to manage timelines and collaborate across teams is essential for success in this role Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end coordination of RFPs, RFIs, EOIs, and tender responses for IT services Work with sales, technical, and delivery teams to create compelling and compliant proposals Monitor bid portals such as (Guru.com, Freelancer.com) and sales channels to identify potential bidding opportunities. Set up client meetings and follow-ups related to bids and proposals. Identify target leads and market for bidding based on Company's services and strengths. Draft and format executive summaries, solution overviews, and standard proposal sections. Maintain bid documentation, update CRM records, and manage proposal content libraries. Track bid outcomes and contribute to process improvements and win-rate optimization Ability to meet sales targets and bring business to the company as per the expectations Preferred Skills Understanding and prior experience with bidding platforms is mandatory. Exposure to target market such as US, Middle East and APAC regions Basic Understanding of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence concepts.
