Sales & Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Bring an existing vendor database

  and use it to generate new leads, build relationships, and secure client partnerships.
• Source and develop new vendor and client relationships through email campaigns, LinkedIn, calls, and staffing portals.

• Market available consultants

  on a C2C basis by matching profiles to open client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage onboarding for selected candidates.
• Maintain consistent communication between

  US and India teams

  for smooth daily coordination.
• Track submissions, placements, and performance using internal CRM tools.
• Assist in marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives to expand AstaCRS Inc.’s US presence.
