As an IT Hardware and Network Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining computer hardware systems. Your key responsibilities will include configuring and optimizing network systems for performance and security, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and network issues promptly, conducting regular hardware and network audits and upgrades, and developing and implementing IT policies and procedures related to hardware and networks. You will collaborate with other IT professionals to enhance system performance and security while providing technical support and training to end-users. Qualifications required for this role include a strong understanding of computer hardware, network systems, and protocols. Relevant certifications would be a plus. The skills expected for this position include hardware troubleshooting, network configuration, expertise in TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, network security, cabling and wiring, network performance optimization, technical support, and IT policy implementation.
