Key Responsibilities


- Provide 1st & 2nd level support to users for hardware, software, and network issues

- Troubleshoot OS (Windows, macOS), printers

- Install, configure, and upgrade PCs, laptops, and other IT equipment

- Monitor system performance & ensure security patches & updates are applied

- Assist in documenting IT processes & asset management.

- Collaborate with vendors for warranty & service requests.

- ⁠Maintenance of OneDrive and physical Data Backups. 


Required Skills

- Knowledge of networking (Router, Load Balancer, Access Point).

- Familiarity with MS Office 365 & troubleshooting tools

- Good communication & problem‑solving skills.
