IT Assistant Technician

Technical Support

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and software applications.
• Set up and maintain user accounts, email IDs, and system access permissions.

Network & Systems Support

• Assist in maintaining LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi connectivity, and network security.
• Monitor system performance and ensure smooth functioning of servers and network devices.
• Support backup operations and help maintain data storage systems.

Maintenance

• Perform routine maintenance of IT equipment, including cleaning, repairs, and part replacements.
• Ensure all systems are updated with the latest patches and antivirus definitions.

Documentation & Inventory

• Maintain logs of IT support requests and resolutions.
• Keep inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and accessories.
• Assist with procurement of IT items and vendor coordination.

User Assistance

• Provide guidance to staff on using computers, software, and digital tools.
• Support classroom technology such as projectors, smartboards, and AV systems (for schools/colleges).

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT

Experience

• 1 or 2 years Experience even Freshers can apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
