IT Application Analyst Consolidation & Group Reporting

As the IT applications manager responsible for supporting Group Consolidation and Reporting, you will have the following key responsibilities: - Own and manage the IT applications supporting Group Consolidation and Reporting, with a focus on OneStream, but also considering Oracle HFM or Oracle EPM Cloud or similar tool. - Collaborate closely with Finance and Group Reporting teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Lead application lifecycle activities including implementation, upgrades, maintenance, and support. - Drive process optimization and automation within consolidation and reporting workflows. - Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external consultants when needed. - Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. - Provide training and support to end-users and key stakeholders. - Monitor system performance and proactively address issues or improvement opportunities. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience in IT application management within Finance or Group Reporting domains. - Strong understanding of consolidation processes, intercompany eliminations, and financial reporting requirements. - Hands-on experience with OneStream is highly preferred; experience with Oracle HFM or Oracle EPM Cloud or similar products is also acceptable. - Solid project management skills and experience working in cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Fluent in English.
