Job Summary

Responsible for managing IT infrastructure, administering enterprise-level software tools, and ensuring security compliance in alignment with automotive industry certifications. The role involves server and network administration, software management, audit readiness, user support, and technical documentation, supporting seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and monitor enterprise network security infrastructure and firewalls (e.g., Sophos, VLANs).
  • Oversee Windows and Linux server infrastructure (on-premises and virtual), including maintenance, updates, patching, and version control.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, Active Directory services, group policies, and Office 365 environment.
  • Lead IT security and compliance initiatives, including preparation for and renewal of TISAX, ISO 27001, and ISO 9001 audits.
  • Maintain and optimize application servers, backup/recovery solutions, and monitoring tools.
  • Provide technical support and resolve incidents related to hardware, software, and networking; handle ticketing and ensure high SLA achievement.
  • Execute, coordinate, and support platform migrations, cross-tool integrations (e.g., Polarion ALM, Sparx EA, JIRA, IBM DOORS DNG), and traceability matrices.
  • Develop, review, and enforce IT security policies, protocols, and documentation for compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Train staff on IT best practices, audit protocols, endpoint security, and secure usage of requirements management tools.
  • Automate data synchronization and workflow processes across systems, ensuring end-to end traceability and data integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, EEE, or related discipline.
  • 3+ years hands-on experience in IT system administration, security compliance, and enterprise software tools management.
  • Technical skills in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), firewall management, Windows Server administration, cloud platform management, and migration support.
  • Experience with compliance audit management (TISAX, ISO standards), risk analysis, and technical documentation.
  • Working knowledge of Polarion ALM, Sparx EA, JIRA, IBM DOORS DNG, and related integrations is a strong plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, incident management, and customer oriented support skills.
  • Certifications in Cyber Security, Network Administration, or Compliance Audit (preferred).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to work with diverse teams and train users.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain uptime for mission-critical systems and manage large-scale Active Directory environments.
  • Track record of successful platform migrations and data integrity assurance.
  • Experience in the automotive or manufacturing domain is an advantage.
