IT Analyst

• You will be joining the

  Digital & IT CMO (D&IT CMO)

  team. This department serves as the

  strategic IT partner

  for the Flat Products business processes, acting as a vital link between business stakeholders and IT service providers.
• D&IT CMO collaborates closely with business owners across central teams, sales agencies, Order Management Platforms, Supply Chain, Industrial Clusters, and Plants throughout Flat Europe. We focus on delivering scalable, efficient, and value-driven IT solutions across the following key missions:

• Steering and supporting legacy systems

  ensuring performance, user support, and budget control

• Driving the evolution of legacy applications

  adapting to new business needs, deploying updates, and optimizing performance

• Championing innovation and transformation

  helping the business modernize and stay ahead of digital trends

What does the job entail?

Salesforce Senior IT Analyst

His/her main missions are:

• Act as the bridge between Business Analysts and Developers to design the

  best technical solutions

  for functional needs
• Coordinate and steer development activities, ensuring smooth rollout and quality delivery
• Lead the evolution of existing information systems aligned with IT standards and business strategy
• Collaborate with IT architecture experts and oversee a mix of development resources
• Support the user support team in resolving complex incidents and improving system performance

Who are we looking for?

Your analytical skills should allow you to transform complex business/technical needs into optimized IT requirements.

• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce development and customization
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Apex (triggers, batch jobs, async processing), LWC, Javascript, and Aura
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, REST/SOAP APIs, and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Copado)
• Proven experience working on

  multi-component applications in Agile environments

• Fluent in English and comfortable working with global, cross-functional teams

• Salesforce certifications preferred:

• Salesforce Platform Developer II
• Salesforce Admin
• Additional Salesforce certs are a plus
