IT Analyst - Logistics Applications

You are invited to join our team as an IT Analyst with expertise in Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud at our Global Shared Services Office in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Supporting and maintaining the existing OTM/GTM cloud Production environment - Assisting with testing Quarterly updates from Oracle and rolling out new features - Identifying business requirements and mapping them to the Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud - Leading the integration of Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud with Microsoft D365 ERP and other ERP applications - Interacting with project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions Key Responsibilities: - Providing production support for Logistics Applications - Assisting in the implementation of OTM solution across CS business units - Gathering and documenting business requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, and end user training - Facilitating solution design workshops - Developing business process designs, performing functional configuration, and conducting unit testing - Developing conversion and system implementation plans - Identifying functionality gaps and providing solutions for them - Writing function design documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions - Supporting business users with the execution of test scripts - Effectively communicating and driving project deliverables - Providing status and issue reports to the project manager/key stakeholders on a regular basis - Consistently producing clear and concise status reports - Working in collaboration with Oracle support for resolving critical bugs - Working independently on projects and production support with minimum supervision - Collaborating with solution architects and technical SMEs to translate project requirements into solution designs, project estimates, and activity plans Desired Candidate Profile: Required Experience: - Familiarity with implementing Inbound and Outbound processes with in-depth experience in OTM Configuration for all processes including Order Management, Shipment Planning, Shipment Execution, Freight Settlement, and Claims - At least 1 end-to-end implementation experience with Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud - Good understanding of the OTM architecture - Excellent knowledge of agents, saved queries, workflows, and user configurations - Hands-on experience in debugging/troubleshooting critical configuration issues - Excellent knowledge of OTM/GTM data model and ability to write scripts in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL - OTM Integration experience with external systems and knowledge of XSLT, XML profiles, OTM Schema, EDI, XML mappings will be an added advantage Mandatory Technical Skills: Experience in Oracle OTM and GTM modules Industry Background: 6+ years of experience as an OTM consultant.,
