IT Analyst - Logistics Applications

As an IT Analyst specializing in Logistics Applications, you will be based at our Global Shared Services Office in Hyderabad. Your main responsibilities will include supporting and maintaining the existing Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud Production environment, participating in testing Quarterly updates and rolling out new features, identifying business requirements and aligning them with Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud, integrating Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud with Microsoft D365 ERP and other ERP applications, and collaborating with project team members on various development tasks. Your key areas of responsibility will involve providing production support for Logistics Applications, assisting in the implementation of OTM solution across business units, gathering and documenting business requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, designing to-be business processes, conducting functional configuration, testing, end user training, facilitating solution design workshops, developing conversion and system implementation plans, addressing functionality gaps, writing function design documents, supporting business users in test script execution, effectively communicating project deliverables, providing status and issue reports to key stakeholders, collaborating with Oracle support for bug resolution, working independently on projects and production support, and translating project requirements into solution designs with the help of solution architects and technical SMEs. The ideal candidate should have experience in implementing Inbound and Outbound processes with a focus on OTM Configuration for Order Management, Shipment Planning, Shipment Execution, Freight Settlement, and Claims. Additionally, you should have at least 1 end-to-end implementation experience with Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud, a strong understanding of OTM architecture, expertise in agents, saved queries, workflows, user configurations, debugging critical configuration issues, OTM/GTM data model, writing scripts in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and integration experience with external systems using XSLT, XML profiles, OTM Schema, EDI, and XML mappings. Desired qualifications for this role include mandatory technical skills in Oracle OTM and GTM modules, functional knowledge of other Logistics applications, soft skills like leadership and motivation, organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, technical communication skills, analytical skills, and Oracle Cloud OTM/GTM Certification. A background of at least 6 years as an OTM consultant, a bachelor's degree or related discipline, and the ability to work full-time at the Hyderabad office are also required for this position.,
