We seeking a talented IT Engineer to take on the role of Hardware and Network Engineer. This individual will be instrumental in maintaining systems, computer hardware, networking infrastructure, and ensuring the overall security of our IT environment.Key Responsibilities:Solving Hardware Issues, Software IssuesTroubleshooting of PC, Desktop, Printers & scannersKnowledge in DNS, DHCP, FTP & Email Basic knowledge...IP ConfigurationFirewall ManagementInstallation of Software, Operating SystemMaintain a company's IT network, servers, and security systemsInstall and configure software and hardwareManage network servers and technology toolsSet up accounts and workstationsMonitor performance and maintain systems according to requirementsTroubleshoot issues and outagesEnsure security through access controls, backups and firewallsUpgrade systems with new releases and modelsDevelop expertise to train staff on new technologiesBuild an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policiesKey Requirements:Graduated in BE or BSC or BCA or Diploma in ITBasic understanding of computer hardware, software, networks, andtroubleshooting concepts.Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows) and common softwareapplications.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
