IT Administrator: We seeking a talented IT Engineer to take on the role of Hardware and Network Engineer. This individual will be instrumental in maintaining systems, computer hardware, networking infrastructure, and ensuring the overall security of our IT environment. Key Responsibilities: Solving Hardware Issues, Software Issues Troubleshooting of PC, Desktop, Printers & scanners Knowledge in DNS, DHCP, FTP & Email Basic knowledge... IP Configuration Firewall Management Installation of Software, Operating System Maintain a company's IT network, servers, and security systems Install and configure software and hardware Manage network servers and technology tools Set up accounts and workstations Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements Troubleshoot issues and outages Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls Upgrade systems with new releases and models Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies Key Requirements: Graduated in BE or BSC or BCA or Diploma in IT Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, networks, and troubleshooting concepts. Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows) and common software applications. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
