Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Administrator with at least 1 year of experience to manage and support our company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge, good troubleshooting skills, and the ability to assist in maintaining systems, networks, and hardware.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, email setup, and system access.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switch-related issues.
• Install and update operating systems and software applications.
• Monitor system performance to ensure minimal downtime.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
• Assist senior IT staff with server support and backups.
• Ensure system security through regular antivirus updates and basic security checks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and computer hardware.
• Experience with MS Office, email configuration, and common office applications.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
