Key Responsibilities

IT Support

• Provide day-to-day IT support for systems, networks, desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
  
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.
  
• Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
  

Server Maintenance

• Perform basic server monitoring and health checks.
  
• Assist in backup management and routine server maintenance activities.
  
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for advanced server or network issues.
  
• Ensure system uptime and proper functioning of server infrastructure.
  

SAP Support

• Enter project-related data into SAP accurately and timely.
  
• Follow up with project teams to collect and update required data.
  
• Support project managers with SAP reports and data extraction.
  
• Raise and track SAP tickets for issues or enhancements as needed.
  

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of IT hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
  
• Understanding of server basics (backups, monitoring, user access).
  
• Hands-on experience or working knowledge of SAP (MM/PP or similar modules preferred).
  
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, especially project teams.
