Role & responsibilities Responsible for optimizing production processes and improving efficiency. Manage production plans, schedules, and monitor performance metrics. Ensure all products meet specifications and process standards. Prepare and manage production schedules, inventory levels, and coordinate with various departments to ensure on-time delivery. Plan all manufacturing processes, including coordination of resources such as manpower, material, and equipment. Act as a liaison between Production and Engineering departments to align planning with technical specifications. Coordinate between Production and Purchase/Inventory Control/Material Processing teams to streamline workflow. Act as a bridge between Inspection and Production departments, providing clarity on priorities based on product requirements and customer specifications. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. 1–4 years of experience in production planning, control, or manufacturing engineering. Understanding of manufacturing workflows, inventory control, and resource planning. Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate across departments. Proficiency in production planning tools/software is a plus.
