Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes, ensuring timely and quality delivery to clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for IT clients, understanding their hiring needs and building strong professional relationships.
Coordinate and manage recruitment delivery across multiple IT mandates.
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring alignment with client expectations and performance goals.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and recruitment teams to ensure effective resource allocation and execution.
Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication, problem-solving, and service excellence.
Monitor recruitment metrics and team performance to ensure targets and service levels are met.
Leverage market knowledge and hiring trends to provide consultative insights to clients.
