About The Role We are seeking a skilled Tibco Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing L2/L3 production support for mission-critical applications built on Tibco middleware technologies. You will work closely with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure high availability and performance of the integration platform. Key Responsibilities Monitor and support Tibco applications (BW, EMS, RV, Hawk, etc.) in production and lower environments. Troubleshoot integration issues, application errors, and performance bottlenecks. Perform root cause analysis and provide timely resolutions for incidents. Coordinate with development teams to deploy, validate, and support new releases. Maintain documentation for support procedures, configurations, and incident logs. Handle job failures, queue issues, message replay, and other runtime anomalies. Work on service requests, incident tickets, and participate in on-call rotation if needed. Collaborate with infrastructure teams for patching, upgrades, and environment changes. Maintain and improve monitoring and alerting systems (e.g , Hawk, AppDynamics, Splunk). Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with Tibco BW (BusinessWorks), EMS, and RV. Experience in production support or application support for middleware systems. Proficiency in log analysis, error handling, and system diagnostics. Familiarity with Tibco Hawk for monitoring and alerting. Good understanding of integration concepts, messaging queues, and system health checks. Basic scripting skills (Shell, Python, or PowerShell) for support automation.
