About the Role

Corus Infotech is hiring an ISP Network Engineer & Technical Trainer with strong hands-on expertise in ISP networks and a minimum of 2 years of teaching or technical training experience. The role involves managing ISP network operations while delivering high-quality training in routing, switching, FTTH/GPON, and ISP technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot ISP core, distribution, and access networks.
• Configure and support BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLAN, QinQ, L2/L3 protocols, firewalls, and network security.
• Handle FTTH/GPON operations, including OLT/ONT configuration and last-mile network management.
• Monitor network performance, identify faults, and ensure high uptime.
• Deliver structured technical training to students/teams with minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
• Prepare training materials, lab sessions, presentations, and assessments.
• Support NOC operations and maintain detailed network documentation.
• Guide trainees on real-time troubleshooting and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or related fields (preferred).
• 2+ years of teaching/training experience in networking or IT.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco, MikroTik, Juniper, Ubiquiti, and ISP environments.
• Expertise in Routing, Switching, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPNs, FTTH/GPON.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom handling skills.
• Ability to simplify technical topics for learners at different levels.

Preferred Certifications

• CCNA / CCNP
• JNCIA / JNCIS
• MikroTik MTCNA / MTCRE
• Any ISP technology certification

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
