Job Description

Ironclad CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and implement
Ironclad CLM workflows
, templates, and approval processes.
Collaborate with legal, procurement, and business teams to translate contract requirements into system configurations.
Build and customize
contract templates
, metadata fields, and approval logic.
Develop
integrations between Ironclad
and other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HR, or document management tools) using APIs or middleware.
Support
migration of contracts
and legacy data into Ironclad.
Troubleshoot platform issues, perform testing, and ensure successful deployment of solutions.
Provide documentation, user training, and support for ongoing enhancements.
Work closely with clients or business stakeholders to understand pain points and recommend automation improvements.
