About the Role
GIBS Business School is seeking a dedicated IQAC & Research Coordinator (Female) to contribute to the institution’s quality assurance, research initiatives, and accreditation processes. This role combines responsibilities of Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) coordination with research support, statistical analysis, and academic development. It is a great opportunity for early-career professionals who want to grow in higher education quality assurance and institutional research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance processes in line with IQAC guidelines.
  • Lead data collection, statistical analysis, and reporting for institutional and accreditation purposes.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for audits, compliance, and accreditation (NAAC, NBA, NIRF, etc.).
  • Monitor academic performance, teaching effectiveness, and student/stakeholder feedback systems.
  • Coordinate IQAC meetings, workshops, and training programs.
  • Prepare and submit Annual Quality Assurance Reports (AQAR) and related compliance documents.
  • Support institutional research projects, surveys, and benchmarking studies.
  • Assist faculty and departments in research data analysis, publications, and knowledge dissemination.
  • Develop institutional databases, dashboards, and MIS for monitoring quality and research metrics.
  • Collaborate with leadership for strategic planning, policy documentation, and best practices reports.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Master’s degree in Education, Management, Statistics, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in IQAC, academic administration, or institutional research.
  • Strong expertise in statistics, data handling, and research methodology.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and exposure to R, Python, AMOS, Smart PLS, NVIVO, or similar tools.
  • Excellent report writing, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
