Job Description

We are looking for skilled and experienced IPDRG Coders and Quality Coding Analysts (QCA) with a strong understanding of medical coding guidelines and DRG systems. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and compliant coding for inpatient records, contributing to high-quality outcomes and timely reimbursements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Review and analyze inpatient medical records to assign appropriate ICD-10-CM and PCS codes.
Ensure accurate DRG assignment in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Perform quality checks to maintain coding accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with the quality team to identify and correct coding errors.
Stay updated with the latest coding guidelines and payer requirements.
Meet daily productivity and quality standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in IPDRG or inpatient coding.
Certification is mandatory (CPC, CCS, CIC, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of ICD-10, DRG grouping, and inpatient coding guidelines.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
