As an Executive – Accounts Receivable Caller, you will play a vital role in our revenue cycle process by contacting insurance companies to follow up on pending claims and ensure timely reimbursements. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims. Understand and analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOB), denials, and take necessary action.
