Accounts Receivable (AR) Callers

vArida Health is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Callers (AR Callers) to join our expanding team. As an Executive – Accounts Receivable Caller, you will play a vital role in our revenue cycle process by contacting insurance companies to follow up on pending claims and ensure timely reimbursements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims.
• Understand and analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOB), denials, and take necessary action.
• Resolve billing issues and ensure accurate and timely payment collection.
• Document all call-related information accurately and promptly.
• Work closely with the denial management and payment posting teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Should have worked as an AR Caller for at least 1 to 4 years of experience with medical billing service providers
• Good knowledge of the revenue cycle and denial management concepts
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Experience in AR calling or US healthcare revenue cycle management is preferred.
• Familiarity with denial management and EOB interpretation is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a team and meet daily/weekly targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹30,995.82 per month
