Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an IP Litigation Associate at United & United. The role involves handling day-to-day tasks such as legal research, drafting motions, preparing for depositions, and representing clients in courts.

Your mission:

• Be a team player!

• Ability to make effective submissions in courts and tribunals, Drafting Litigation documents;

• Work independently, effectively prioritize and manage your time.

• Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks;

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and well-coordinated with in the team;

• Excellent writing, editing, and managing client portfolios.

• Communicate effectively with internal leadership to identify challenges and propose solutions and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law is a must;

• At least 3-4 year of experience as a practicing lawyer in IP Litigation;

• Detailed knowledge and understanding of IP laws.
