Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an IP Prosecution Associate at United & United. The role involves handling day-to-day tasks such as Legal research, Handling complete Trademark/Copyright prosecution including replies to Examination Reports, Filing Oppositions, Counter-Statements, attending hearings and all other processes involved in a Trademark/Copyright Application process till registration and post-registration renewal process, Interacting with clients and handling client accounts for their Intellectual Property portfolios; Good working knowledge of the Madrid System for Trademarks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law is a must;

• At least 3-4 year of relevant experience;

• Detailed knowledge and understanding of IP laws.
