Role Overview:

We are seeking an IP Associate with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to join our Intellectual Property practice. The role involves handling IP litigation, drafting, prosecution, research, client communication, and coordination with senior lawyers.

Key Responsibilities:

•

• Draft pleadings, notices, responses, written submissions, and other IP-related documents

• Manage IP prosecution, including filings, oppositions, renewals, and related compliances

• Conduct legal research and prepare case notes, briefs, and reports

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, counsel, and authorities

• Maintain IP records, timelines, and trackers

• Support senior associates in hearings, strategy, and case preparation
