Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and self-motivated End-to-End Sales Executive to join our growing IoT division focused on smart home automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in selling smart home products like lighting, security, climate control, and other connected devices. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle – from lead generation and client engagement to closing deals and post-sales coordination. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and generate new leads via field visits, online channels, industry events, and referrals. Identify client needs and pitch tailored home automation solutions and iot industry specific Conduct product demos (physical or virtual) to showcase IoT features and benefits. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms to close deals. Manage end-to-end sales cycle – from first contact to final delivery and payment. Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain and update CRM with accurate client and deal information. Monitor market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in IoT. Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Provide after-sales support and build long-term relationships for upselling or referrals. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. (MBA preferred) 3–7 years of experience in B2C or B2B sales , specifically in IoT or Home Automation . Good knowledge of smart devices like Alexa/Google Home, smart switches, security systems, etc. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients. Tech-savvy with an understanding of connected ecosystems and integrations. Willingness to travel locally or regionally as needed. Nice-to-Haves: Existing network of architects, interior designers, or builders. Experience in working with system integrators or AV consultants. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹58,816.24 - ₹600,000.00 per year Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
