iOS Team Leader

You are a talented iOS Team Leader with a passion for building scalable and secure functionality on the iOS platform. You will work with a qualified and experienced team to share your expertise, grow your capabilities, and contribute to the development of native iOS apps. Your primary objectives include leading a small team, working with Swift code, applying OOPs techniques, and designing patterns. You should have a strong understanding of iOS SDK, different versions of iOS, remote data handling, offline storage, and performance tuning. Your role involves translating business requirements into technical requirements, maintaining code quality, and motivating other developers. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Bring your unique expertise to the team and learn from others. - Take ownership, think creatively, and solve real-world customer problems. - Provide technical leadership and guidance on project plans. - Manage day-to-day activities of the engineering team. - Participate in the recruitment process and performance appraisals. - Architect and develop new features according to the product roadmap. - Ensure team performance, work satisfaction, and growth. - Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform. - Collaborate with UI/UX Designers and Software Testers. - Maintain code quality, organization, and automation. - Continuously improve application performance and user experience. - Conduct code reviews and corrections before app releases. - Implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency. - Shape the direction of iOS development at the company. - Provide training to junior and fresher developers. - Establish project milestones, assign targets, and ensure their completion. - Resolve issues faced by team members and suggest new work methods. - Monitor app reviews for areas of improvement and implement necessary changes. **Technical Skills You Should Have:** - Positive and motivating team player. - Proficient in Swift, Xcode, Core Data, Auto Layout, Git, and iOS Human Interface Guidelines. - Strong problem-solving skills and multitasking abilities. - Excellent coding, communication, and teamwork skills. - Passionate about creating high-quality code and embracing challenges. - Familiarity with continuous integration and scalability. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. - Systematic and quality-oriented work approach. - Experience with task planning and technical innovation. **Key Expertise:** - Swift, Xcode, Core Data, Auto Layout, Git, iOS Human Interface Guidelines, REST APIs, JSON. **Qualification:** - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. - B.Tech (CSE/ IT), M.Tech (CSE/IT), B.E. (CE/IT), M.E.(CE/IT). **Experience:** - Minimum 4 years of experience in iOS Team Leadership.
