This is a WFO role. Details of the same are mentioned below:
Requirement:
Work from client location at Airoli, Navi Mumbai. (Relocation accepted)
The shift timings would be 6 am to 3 pm (home pickup) or 11:30 am to 8:30 pm (home drop)
depending on business requirement
Need B Com graduates with 0-3 yrs experience in the accounting field
Skills required: Excellent communication skill, fair accounting knowledge and basic computers skills.
. Should be able to work on excel and handle calls
Job Description for Invoice Processing
Principal Accountabilities
Checking, clearing and processing of Invoices for all categories like bulk material, Capex,
Services, Transportation etc. and ensure that overall delivery of services is within agreed KPIs and SLAs.
Ensuring accuracy and quality, application of appropriate taxes, TDS etc.
Exception handling like adjustments based on standard exception scenarios, mismatched invoices.
Conducting 3-way / 2-way matches
Performing vendor and account reconciliations, Month-end activities; GRIR review; creation of provisions etc.
Ensuring compliance / adherence of internal controls.
Statutory requirements.
Ensuring compliance of QA framework.
Preparing schedules for statutory, internal Audits and interacting with auditors.
Resolve vendor / customer queries and root cause analysis.
