About The Role

The All India Football Federation (AIFF) is seeking applications from qualified and experienced eFootball coaches to lead and prepare the player representing India in the FIFAe World Cup 2025 ft. eFootball (Mobile). The Coach will be responsible for developing personalized training programs and strategies to maximize competitive performance at this prestigious international esports event.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored training programs to enhance the player’s skills and performance.
• Analyze player performance and opposition tactics to devise effective game strategies.
• Provide expert coaching focusing on technical, tactical, and psychological aspects.
• Provide regular reports to AIFF esports management and coordinate with the AIFF team to ensure smooth operations.
• Represent AIFF and the Indian esports community with professionalism during the competition.
  

Preferred Eligibility Criteria

• Demonstrated experience coaching eFootball Mobile at competitive & global levels.
• In-depth knowledge of esports training methodologies and player development specific to eFootball Mobile.
• Ability to work closely with the player and customize coaching accordingly.
• Familiarity with FIFAe World Cup formats and competitive standards.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to coach from India or remotely.
  

Additional Information

• Hotel accommodation and travel expenses for the FIFAe World Cup Finals will be borne by FIFA.
• Any other personal terms may be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
