Role & responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and

  investors, analysts, and shareholders

• Manage

  quarterly earnings calls, investor presentations, analyst meets, and roadshows

• Prepare and review

  financial presentations, earnings releases, investor decks, annual reports, and fact sheets

• Ensure compliance with

  SEBI (LODR) regulations

  , stock exchange disclosures, and corporate governance norms
• Coordinate with

  Finance, Legal, Secretarial, and Senior Management

  for accurate and timely disclosures
• Handle

  analyst queries, investor feedback

  , and market perception analysis
• Track and analyze

  shareholding patterns, institutional ownership, market trends, and peer benchmarking

• Support leadership during

  AGMs, EGMs, and board-level investor communications

• Monitor stock performance, trading activity, and investor sentiment
• Assist in managing

  crisis communication

  and sensitive market disclosures
• Maintain strong relationships with

  sell-side and buy-side analysts

  .

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience

  in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or Financial Communications.

• Mandatory experience working with a listed company

• Strong understanding of

  capital markets, equity research, and financial reporting.

• In-depth knowledge of

  SEBI regulations, LODR norms, and disclosure requirements.

• Ability to interpret and present complex financial data clearly.
• Excellent

  written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience interacting with

  CXOs, Board Members, Investors, and Analysts.

• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Educational Qualifications

• CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA / CS

  or equivalent qualification preferred
