GramX is a new-age AgriTech startup at the seed stage, focused on transforming rural agriculture across India through a powerful digital platform. Our tech-enabled, hyperlocal logistics model connects farmers directly with markets, eliminating middlemen, reducing crop wastage, and ensuring fair pricing for farmers. The GramX AI-integrated platform will offer farmers an array of resources, including high-quality agri-inputs, expert guidance, weather updates, and AI-based crop planning. We leverage village-level collection agents, known as "Pair Partners," to bring efficiency and real-time connectivity to the GramX ecosystem, aiming to create India's most trusted digital agriculture network.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Investor. The Investor will be responsible for identifying potential investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and evaluating the financial performance of target companies. The Investor will also develop investment strategies, negotiate terms, and manage relationships with portfolio companies. Additionally, the role involves staying updated with market trends, performing financial modeling, and preparing detailed investment reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in investment analysis, due diligence, and financial modeling
• Strong understanding of market trends and the ability to develop investment strategies
• Proficiency in negotiating terms and managing relationships with portfolio companies
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the AgriTech or agriculture industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) is advantageous
