Job Description

As a Relationship Manager for High Net Worth Customers, your primary responsibility will be to develop and enhance relationships with existing and potential clients in the liabilities category, focusing on A priority customers. You will be expected to source new bank customers through individual efforts and acquisition channels, while ensuring a high level of customer service and adherence to bank policy. Cross-selling bank products to existing customers and keeping them informed about new products or enhancements will be key aspects of your role. In addition, you will be responsible for planning and executing special sales initiatives and events to attract prospective clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones. Collaborating with other group companies to offer a wider range of products and services to customers will also be part of your duties. It is essential to maintain detailed records of customer relationships for assigned accounts. The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in developing and maintaining banking relationships with high net worth customers, providing personalized services to meet their individual needs. Generating Management Information System (MIS) reports will also be part of your responsibilities. A Graduate with 4-6 years of experience in AMFI / IRDA or a Post Graduate with 2-4 years of experience in AMFI / IRDA would be preferred for this role.,
