Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sales & Business Development-
Drive 80-90% of sales for Kotak Life Insurance (LI) products. Handle 10-20% of sales for other financial products available at the branch. • Work as an individual contributor, converting leads provided by the bank. • Proactively engage with customers, fix appointments, and drive sales to meet targets.

Customer Relationship Management-
Build strong relationships with bank customers and drive repeat business. • Educate clients on life insurance offerings and other financial products. • Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory norms.

Sales Planning & Target Achievement-
Strategize sales approaches based on market potential and customer profiles. • Collaborate with branch teams to optimize sales performance. • Meet assigned targets through proactive customer engagement.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: Minimum 3 years of Life Insurance Banca or Banking experience with a strong understanding of LI sales.

Industry Background: Must be from Banking or Insurance sectors with in-depth knowledge of LI and other financial products.

Urban Market Exposure: Mandatory experience working in an urban market (Kolkata).

Stability: Must have 12+ months tenure in current and past roles.

Age Criteria: Maximum 30 years
