Investment Relations Manager

Role Overview: You will be joining Marwari Catalysts as an Investment Relations Manager in Jodhpur, responsible for managing investor outreach, facilitating startup fundraising, acquiring investments for Marwari Catalysts" AIF funds, and building strategic networks to support portfolio companies and the accelerator. Your role will have a high impact, requiring strong financial insight, excellent relationship management, and a deep understanding of the startup-investor ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage with Angel Investors, Venture Capitalists (VCs), and High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) for startup funding and investment into Marwari Catalysts" AIF funds. - Build and manage a pipeline of investors for both portfolio startups and the internal AIF fund. - Represent Marwari Catalysts and its portfolio companies in investor meetings, networking events, and forums. - Guide startups in preparing their fundraising strategy, pitch decks, and investor-ready documents. - Actively pitch Marwari Catalysts" portfolio startups to relevant investors and ecosystem partners. - Facilitate smooth fundraising processes by organizing pitch sessions and investor connect programs. - Drive fundraising for Marwari Catalysts AIF by building strategic investor relationships. - Support investor onboarding and compliance-related coordination for the fund. - Build and engage communities of Angel Investors, VCs, Family Offices, and HNIs for syndicate and follow-on investments. - Create and grow investor-startup networks that drive long-term ecosystem value. - Support internal fundraising for Marwari Catalysts" programs, funds, and accelerator initiatives. - Work closely with leadership on fundraising strategy and reporting. Qualification Required: - Education: MBA in Finance is preferred. - Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in fundraising, investor relations, venture capital, or startup ecosystem management. - Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong investor engagement and financial documentation skills, high level of professionalism, and understanding of AIF regulations (preferred). Note: Candidates must be from Jodhpur, Rajasthan, or willing to relocate and work from Jodhpur full-time.,
