Associate/Vice President

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end

  venture investments

  , including sourcing, diligence, financial modelling, deal structuring, and execution
• Identify and evaluate

  strategic M&A opportunities

  aligned with business growth
• Partner with internal stakeholders to shape the long-term capital allocation and inorganic growth strategy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders including startups, funds, advisors, and bankers
• Support post-investment value creation and portfolio monitoring

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in

  venture capital, private equity, investment banking

  , or

  corporate M&A

• Strong academic pedigree like

  IIM A/B/C

  ,

  Ivy League

  , or equivalent top-tier institutions
• Prior exposure to

  , or consumer sectors is a strong plus
• Exceptional financial modelling, deal execution, and market research skills
