You are seeking a highly experienced Investment Manager to join the team and contribute to the successful management of Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the investment industry with a strong focus on AIFs. This role requires a deep understanding of investment strategies, portfolio management, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the funds objectives and risk appetite. - Conduct in-depth research and analysis of potential investment opportunities across various asset classes. - Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, portfolio companies, and industry professionals. - Oversee the investment process, including due diligence, valuation, and portfolio monitoring. - Prepare comprehensive investment reports and presentations for the investment committee and investors. - Manage the day-to-day operations of the investment portfolio, including asset allocation and rebalancing. - Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies. - Provide leadership and mentorship to junior investment professionals. - Stay updated on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes. Qualifications: - Master's degree in Finance from Tier I institution, Economics, or a related field. - CFA or CA qualification (preferred). - Minimum 5 years of experience in investment management with a focus on AIFs. - Proven track record of successful investment performance. Desired Skills: - Experience in specific asset classes (e.g., Private equity, venture capital). - Proficiency in financial modeling software and valuation techniques. - In-depth knowledge of the Indian regulatory framework for AIFs. - Strong understanding of risk management principles. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors. - Strong analytical, quantitative skills, and interpersonal skills.
