• As a sales consultant you will be reaching out to as many people as possible and will be making cold
calls as well. The mode of communication could be emails, phone calls, post on social media etc.
• The minimum number of calls required each day is between 200-250. You have to generate minimum
4-5 customer visits on every Saturdays and Sundays.
• Working weekdays will be Wednesday to Sunday, and you will get weekly offs on Monday C Tuesday
every week.
• If you overachieve your given targets in any quarter then you’ll have instant appraisals in the salaries.
But please ensure to overachieve the targets in the similar quarter to get the appraisals because the
deals won’t be carried forward to the next quarter.
• You can make up to 40% of incentives on the revenue you will generate for Square Yards.
• You’ll be working on a particular project at a time.
• You’ll be required to visit the properties, and your senior will be accompanying you to help you in closing
the deals.
• The travel cost would be managed by your own, the company wouldn’t be paying you anything for the
site-visit.
• Should have excellent communication skills and dynamic personality.
• Should be able to work under pressure and comfortable with target based role.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum 6+ months of experience in sales
• Should have target-oriented approach
• Should have computer knowledge
