Investment Banking Intern

We are looking for a highly motivated PG/MBA student to join our team as an Investment Banking Intern. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior professionals on various transactions, gaining valuable experience in the field. Your responsibilities will include preparing teasers, pitch books, and information memorandums to present investment opportunities to potential investors, buyers, partners, and funding institutions. You will also be involved in developing and maintaining financial models to analyze companies and transactions, conducting market research and industry analysis, and coordinating with clients to gather necessary transaction data. Additionally, you will assist senior professionals with transaction origination, credit analysis, and distribution with private equity, NBFC, and banking partners. You will also be responsible for performing due diligence tasks, including research, analysis, and documentation of ongoing transactions. To qualify for this position, you should be currently enrolled in a PG program with a specialization in Finance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment are essential. Attention to detail and accuracy is also crucial for this role.
