Role Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in investment banking while working on live mandates and strategic transactions alongside experienced professionals.Note: The first month will be a probationary period (unpaid). Upon successful completion and selection, interns will receive a monthly stipend of

, which is negotiable based on performance and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial models and valuation analyses • Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and company profiling• Support in deal execution, due diligence, and pitchbook preparation • Collaborate on fundraising and M&A transactions • Gain exposure to client interactions, investor outreach, and transaction structuring

Qualifications & Requirements
