Investment Banking Director, Banker Mergers & Acquisitions

As a senior level Banker at Citi, you will be responsible for providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions in coordination with the Institutional Banking team. Leveraging your past investment banking experience, you will enhance Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) execution and contribute to building Citi's franchise. Key Responsibilities: - Meet revenue and financial goals by establishing and maintaining a pipeline of episodic deals - Ensure proposed client solutions meet internal risk and return standards, including ethical standards - Anticipate future marketplace changes and identify various types of risks - Mentor junior Bankers and execute staffing models supporting business needs and career trajectories - Build client relationships by offering sophisticated financial solutions tailored to their needs - Serve as an expert on regulatory, financial, and complex strategic issues in corporate finance transactions - Assess risks in business decisions with consideration for the firm's reputation and compliance with laws and regulations Qualifications: - 15+ years of relevant experience - Experience in people management - Bachelors degree in finance or closely related areas of Business Administration preferred - Masters degree in business administration preferred - Experience working in investment banking institutions - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment Education: - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Masters degree preferred Please note that the Job Description provided does not include any additional details about the company.,
